Mobile Marketing and Promotions was founded in 2001 with the mission of providing exceptional service and extremely high-quality custom marketing vehicles. TJ McElaney started Mobile Marketing and Promotions in 2001 after running a 5-year mobile campaign for the Tampa Bay Rays.
